Product tour
From first enquiry to the day they go home.
One record of the journey, every conversation on it, one audit trail — and three very different people who need three very different things from it.
Three people, one system
The same journey, seen from where you sit.

“Who needs me today, and what do I say?”
The urgent list
Three families, ranked by what is actually urgent.
Whose fault it is
Waiting on us needs a person. Waiting on them needs a chase. The screen tells her which.
The action, in place
Chase, snooze, mark done, reassign or add a note — without leaving the screen.
It goes quiet when handled
A chased item goes quiet until the follow-up day she picks. If nothing has moved by then, it is flagged again.

What the family sees
The part you are actually selling.
Your families see your agency, not a software product. One screen, one thing to do, no jargon and no dead ends. Your name, logo and colours are on the portal and on every email, with a small “Powered by Carme” line at the foot, and you can connect your own web address whenever you like. Change the language and read what they would read.
The weekly pregnancy content is the product’s own — forty weeks written directly in four languages, not run through a translator. A portal that reads like machine output is exactly the impression you are paying us to avoid.
Good morning, Sofia and Marc

How a journey actually runs on it.
An enquiry arrives
From your branded online application (link it from your website, Instagram or anywhere), a spreadsheet import, or typed in by hand. Every enquiry lands on one board with everything you know about them.
They become a client
Convert the enquiry to an intended parent, then enrol them into a journey. Your stage names, your steps, your documents, applied in one click from your own template.
The journey begins
Every family sits on the same 12 phases underneath, whatever you call them. That is what lets you compare journeys, forecast, and spot a straggler at a glance.
A surrogate is matched
A proposal, the surrogate’s yes (and the parents’, if you ask for it), then your confirmation. She joins the family’s journey with the proposal history attached, so nobody has to remember what was agreed.
The work gets coordinated
Documents requested and reviewed, appointments scheduled in the right timezone, trips proposed and confirmed, payments tracked against milestones, messages all on the journey.
The family is carried
Their portal shows where they are, what is next, and what they need to do — in their language, under your name. No status emails to write.
And you can see all of it
One screen, the journey map (Constellation), with every family on it. Each morning it tells you who is blocked, on whom, and for how long — and lets you act from there.
The honesty rules
A dashboard that cannot quietly lie to you.
Every operational tool eventually shows a number nobody can trace, and the day you catch one lying is the day you stop opening it. So this one is built to a different standard, and the standard is visible on screen.
Nothing is guessed into place
A family whose stage we cannot map is shown separately and labelled, never filed under the wrong phase.
Every “days behind” names its baseline
“14 days behind” always names its baseline: your own median, a template estimate, or a default.
Estimates are marked as estimates
Inferred dates, projections and modelled figures are labelled wherever they appear.
Best seen driving it yourself.
Thirty minutes on a live workspace full of demo journeys.
